Since June 2005 Ceroc France has developed regular classes and workshops in the south East of France:

Marseille  Every Friday (8pm-11pm) normal Ceroc format (Beginners + Intermediate + Freestyle ).

Aix en Provence /Gardanne /Plan de Campagne Tuesdays 8pm-11pm (Beginners + Intermediate + Freestyle )

And one Sunday per month (workshops)

 

Aubagne /La Valentine  Wednesdays 8pm-11pm (Beginners + Intermediate + Freestyle )

We are currently looking for venues in Paris.  Any help you can give us is welcome.  There is already a group of Cerocers meeting up regularly in Paris, join them on the facebook group "Ceroc Paris".

Guest Teachers

Frank PAULY all the way from Scotland, was in Marseille on 22-23 September 2007 to teach 4 workshops in french over a weekend.  A great success, and he came back on 4-5 October 2008.

Ann PURCELL and Paul DODDS, franchisees and Ceroc Teachers in Newcastle (England) ....did a brilliant job on 3rd and 4th April 2007, teaching 2 classes (in French !) for the delight of our Cerocers here.  Ann is an excellent and entertaining teacher and nothing was lost in translation!

Herbie BASTIEN was here in September 2009 for demonstrations and on 7th November to teach a Baby Aerials workshop, and he's back in January 2012.

Veronika OLIVER and Craig ADDISON were here on 12th and 13th February 2010 to teach the Friday night class and 2 workshops on the Saturday (Blues and funky style) in english.

Carl ADAMS  (smooth west coast style / slotted moves) - 9th-11th APRIL 2010 - Friday night class and 2 workshops in english on the  Sunday.

John Sweeney (Double Trouble) - 15th May 2011 - 2 fantastic workshops in english.

Marseille is the second largest city in France and does have its own airport.  Get your flights from www.easyjet.com or www.ryanair.com or www.ba.com direct from London (Stansted, Gatwick), Bristol, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester.

We are also RECRUITING future Ceroc Teachers for next year in PARIS, CANNES, LYON, TOULOUSE, MONTPELLIER, BORDEAUX.  If you have been Cerocing for several years and now live in France (or are planning to) this may be just the job for you!  (You need to speak fluent French)

You also have the possibility of opening a Ceroc Franchise somewhere else in France.  Contact me for further info.

About hotels in Marseille, I recommend you stay by the Vieux Port. It's Central and it's easy to go everywhere from there.  Here are a few addresses of very reasonably priced hotels: (prices indicative, check with hotels, let me help you negotiate group prices)

In the Summer, choose the hotel by the beach (Adagio Aparthotel) it's further from the center but close to the beach and to the Ceroc venue. And it has a swimming pool.  Small apartments to share: studio for 2 = €87 per night, apartment for 4 = €126, apartments for 5 = 138€ (cheaper in the winter and for long stays)
