Since June 2005 Ceroc France has developed regular classes and workshops in 3 cities:

Marseille Every Friday Night (8pm-11pm, normal Ceroc format)

Aix en Provence Every Tuesday Night (8pm-11pm, normal Ceroc format)

Nice Monthly workshops and suggestions of various parties to go and practice (until we find a teacher to run our own normal Ceroc nights)

We are in parallel looking for venues in Paris for a start in early 2009. Any help you can give us is welcome. There is already a group of Cerocers meeting up regularly in Paris, contact us to join them.

Guest Teachers

Frank PAULY all the way from Scotland, was in Marseille on 22-23 September 2007 to teach 4 workshops over a weekend. It was a great success and he is coming back on 4-5 October 2008 !

Ann PURCELL and Paul DODDS, franchisees and Ceroc Teachers in Newcastle (England) ....

....did a brilliant job on 3rd and 4th April 2007, teaching 2 classes in French for the delight of our Cerocers here. Ann is an excellent and entertaining teacher and nothing was lost in translation!

Message to all Ceroc Teachers: if your French is up to it, come and teach for us! (I will help you prepare). If you don't speak French contact me anyway, I may create an event around your visit.

To all Cerocers: If you want to visit us in Aix, Marseille, or Nice, send an email to isabelle, I will give you directions and help you with accommodation. The class in Marseille is on Friday nights, with weekend workshops once a month (dates on the Agenda) and occasional Freestyles. Classes in Aix en Provence are on Tuesday nights.

Marseille is the second largest city in France and does have its own airport. Get your flights from www.easyjet.com or www.ryanair.com or www.ba.com direct from London (Stansted, Gatwick), Bristol, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester.

We are also RECRUITING future Ceroc Teachers for CANNES/ANTIBES/NICE/MONACO, also for next year in PARIS, LYON, TOULOUSE, BORDEAUX. If you have been Cerocing for several years and now live in France (or are planning to) this may be just the job for you! (You need to speak fluent French)

You also have the possibility of opening a Ceroc Franchise somewhere else in France. Contact me for further info.

About hotels in Marseille, I recommend you stay by the Vieux Port. It's Central and it's easy to go everywhere from there. Here are a few addresses of very reasonably priced hotels:

In the Summer, choose the hotel by the beach (Adagio Aparthotel) it's further from the center but close to the beach and the Ceroc venue. And it has a swimming pool. Small apartments to share: studio for 2 = €79, apartment for 4 = €115
